If you are concerned about practices in a Shed or service you have received it is possible to contact UKMSA to raise your concerns.  The process below illustrates the way UKMSA shall deal with your concern.

Should your concern be about a Shed or people in a Shed please be aware that all Sheds are autonomous with their own procedures and policies.  UKMSA shall endeavour to raise concerns and act where appropriate.  This process is also relevant for those with concerns about the level of service raised by UKMSA.
