Communications Manager
Our Communications Manager will play a vital role in shaping how UKMSA communicates, both internally and externally, and with the community at its heart. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and professional expertise, you will lead the development and delivery of communication strategies that connect, inform, and inspire. You must be confident working across staff, volunteers, trustees, and media, joining the dots, finding the story, and ensuring communications always reflect UKMSA’s values and community

Operations Officer
Our Operations Officer will be a vital enabler, supporting the Director of Operations and wider team to ensure that internal systems, communications, and events run smoothly and effectively. Operating as a competent professional with minimal supervision, you will bring a practical, solutions – focused mindset to help our staff and volunteers navigate UKMSA with confidence and ease. You will be calm under pressure and a natural organiser with a service mindset. You will be skilled in keeping things moving, keeping people informed, and bringing a steady hand to the fast-paced, values-led environment of UKMSA.

Health and Wellbeing Lead
Our Health and Wellbeing Lead will work with volunteers and colleagues to support Sheds and Shed Networks to improve men’s health and wellbeing across the UK. You must be skilled at working with volunteers, colleagues and external experts to gather and share accurate, accessible and relevant resources, information and case studies related to men’s health and wellbeing. This will include developing and engaging with digital health tools, information and training. You’ll be the main contact for volunteers, Sheds and Shed Networks for all things related to Sheds and men’s health and wellbeing.
