Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the UK Men’s Sheds Association (Charity number 1162409) will be held at the University of Worcester Arena, Hylton Road, Worcester, WR2 5JN at 0930hrs on Thursday 13 August 2026.
The meeting will take place during ShedFest, and we invite you to send a proxy form should your Shed not be able to attend in person. Included below with this notice is:
1. AGM Agenda (including Proxy Form)
2. Draft Minutes of AGM on 10 July 2025 – for approval by the membership.
Resolution: That the members accept the minutes of the AGM held on Thursday 10 July 2025. (Proposed by the UKMSA Board of Trustees.)
3. Constitution: Proposed Amendment – The Trustees are proposing an amendment relating to the number of consecutive terms for which a trustee may be elected. The charity trustees will be pleased to address any questions raised by members on this proposed amendment before the AGM.
Resolution: That the members adopt this draft revision of the UKMSA Constitution dated August 2026 and previously circulated for review. When adopted, the amended Constitution will become Issue 6 and replace that adopted 11 July 2024. (Proposed by the UKMSA Board of Trustees.)
